Return & Refund Policy
At Agnair, your satisfaction is important. While we stand by the quality of our health products, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we’ve kept our return and refund policy fair, transparent, and easy to follow.
Returns
Because we sell consumable health products, we can only accept returns under specific conditions:
You can request a return if:
The item was damaged during delivery.
You received the wrong product.
The product is expired or defective upon opening.
- Even a change of mind.
To be eligible:
You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the order.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
We cannot accept returns for:
Opened or used products (unless defective).
Products reported after the 48-hour window.
Refunds
If your return is approved:
You’ll receive a full refund of your original payment.
Refund processing time:
Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item or validate your issue.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us first. We’ll guide you through the process.

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if the product is damaged or incorrect)
Wait for our response within 24–48 hours with next steps.
Return Shipping
If the return is approved, we’ll either arrange pickup or ask you to ship it back to us.
In most valid cases, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
