Affiliate Program-Terms & Condition

By signing up for the Agnair Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not participate in the program.
Eligibility
To become an affiliate, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Reside in Pakistan (or promote to Pakistani customers)
Have a valid bank account or JazzCash/EasyPaisa for commission payments
Operate legally and ethically — no misleading claims, spam, or false advertising
We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
Commissions
Standard commission rate: 15%–20% per confirmed sale.
Commissions are only paid on completed orders (not cancelled/refunded).
Commission is calculated after discounts and before delivery fees.
Payouts are made once a month when the minimum threshold of ₨500 is met.
Affiliate Links
You will receive a unique tracking link to share with your audience.
Use of your tracking link is required for us to track and assign commissions.
You must not alter or hide the affiliate URL in a way that disables tracking.
Promotion Guidelines
You agree to promote Agnair honestly and without:
False health claims (e.g., “cures diabetes”)
Misleading pricing
Spam (unwanted mass emails, comments, or DMs)
Illegal or offensive content
You may not run paid ads that compete with Agnair or impersonate Agnair in any form.
Use of Brand Assets
You are welcome to use Agnair’s product images and logos for promotion, as long as:
They are not modified to mislead
They are used to promote Agnair’s products only
You don’t imply you’re an employee or owner of Agnair
Cookie Duration
Our affiliate system tracks referred visitors for 20 days. If a customer purchases within 20 days using your link, you’ll earn a commission.
Termination
We reserve the right to:
Terminate your account for violation of these terms
Withhold commissions earned through fraudulent or unethical methods
You may also choose to leave the program at any time by contacting us at info@agnair.com.
Liability
Agnair is not responsible for:
Any loss or damage resulting from your promotional activities
Any income expectations you may have
We make no guarantees regarding your earning potential.
Modifications
Agnair reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified by email if any significant changes are made.
